A sad experience from my childhood weighed heavily on me, both mentally and emotionally.
The situation I’d experienced as a child had left me with a feeling of helplessness that affected my behaviour as an adult.
In a single session, under Achim’s guidance, I was not only able to process the distressing feelings associated with that memory, but I also managed to dispel them completely.
It’s as if a knot had been untied; the knot is no longer there. It’s liberating and a great relief.
